This site does not set analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not track you across other sites.

The application form on this site does not submit data to a server. It opens your own email application with the details you typed, which you then choose to send. Until you press send in your email app, nothing reaches us.

Photographs submitted with an application are uploaded to our storage provider and are reachable by a long, unguessable link. We use them only to assess your application, and we delete them on request.

When you do write to us, we keep your message and the details in it for as long as we are considering your application or working with you, and we use them only for that. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the address on our contact page.

If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian write to us on your behalf.
