This site does not set analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not track you across other sites.

The application form on this site sends your details to our office by email when you submit it. If our email delivery is unavailable, your own email application opens instead with the details you typed, and you choose whether to send it.

Photographs submitted with an application are stored privately with our storage provider and can be opened only by our staff, signed in to our systems - not by anyone who happens to find the link. We use them only to assess your application, and we delete them on request.

When you do write to us, we keep your message and the details in it for as long as we are considering your application or working with you, and we use them only for that. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the address on our contact page.

If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian write to us on your behalf.
